Dynasty Aviation offers both part 61 and part 141 programs. There is no distinction on your final pilot certificate between the two.
Part 141 is more structured with a strict training syllabus, stage checks, and mandatory online ground school. In exchange for the structured format, the FAA allows a lower minimum flight time to complete certificates and ratings.
Part 61 is flexible. It allows you to go at your own pace and path. However, more flight time is usually required.
