OVERVIEW
Welcome to Dynasty Aviation (“Dynasty Aviation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Dynasty Aviation is a professional flight training academy headquartered at North Perry Airport (KHWO) in Hollywood, Florida. We provide FAA Part 141 and Part 61 flight training, aircraft rental, discovery flights, tours, ground instruction, and related aviation services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our website, www.dynastyaviation.net (the “Site”), including all information, scheduling tools, forms, applications, and content, is provided to inform prospective and current students and to facilitate scheduling and enrollment. The Site is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform that enables us to present our Services. However, all flight training operations, aircraft rental, and aviation services are conducted directly by Dynasty Aviation.
By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Site or Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in flight training unless written parental or legal guardian consent is provided.
To participate in flight training, you must meet applicable FAA requirements, including but not limited to:
• FAA medical certification (as required by certificate level)
• Government-issued identification
• English language proficiency
• TSA clearance where applicable for non-U.S. citizens
Dynasty Aviation does not guarantee certification, checkride success, employment, airline placement, or completion within a specific timeframe.
SECTION 2 – FLIGHT TRAINING SERVICES
Dynasty Aviation provides structured flight training under FAA Part 141 and flexible training under Part 61. Training may include:
• Private Pilot Certificate
• Instrument Rating
• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Multi-Engine Rating
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII)
• Time Building Programs
• Discovery Flights
• Flight School Tours
All training is conducted in accordance with FAA regulations, aircraft availability, instructor availability, maintenance scheduling, and weather conditions.
Flight operations are inherently weather-dependent and operationally variable. Dynasty Aviation reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel any lesson, flight, or event in the interest of safety.
Safety decisions are final and non-negotiable.
SECTION 3 – ENROLLMENT, TUITION & PAYMENTS
Enrollment in training programs may require:
• Signed enrollment agreements
• Payment of deposits or tuition
• TSA clearance documentation (if applicable)
• FAA medical certification
Program pricing published on the Site is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a binding contract until a formal training agreement is executed.
All payments are governed by the signed student agreement. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the terms outlined in that agreement.
Block time purchases and prepaid training balances may be subject to expiration or administrative policies defined in the student agreement.
SECTION 4 – AIRCRAFT RENTAL
Aircraft rental is available only to approved and qualified pilots who:
• Meet Dynasty Aviation checkout standards
• Maintain current FAA certificates and medicals
• Comply with operational policies
• Maintain renter’s insurance if required
Dynasty Aviation reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke rental privileges at its sole discretion.
Title and operational control of aircraft remains with Dynasty Aviation at all times.
SECTION 5 – SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduling may be conducted through integrated third-party platforms.
Cancellation policies for lessons, rentals, or discovery flights are governed by posted policies and/or signed agreements.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation fees.
Weather-related cancellations determined by Dynasty Aviation will not incur penalty.
SECTION 6 – NO GUARANTEE OF CERTIFICATION OR EMPLOYMENT
Completion of a training program does not guarantee:
• FAA checkride approval
• Certification issuance
• Completion within projected timeline
• Airline hiring
• Employment
Certification is issued solely by FAA Designated Pilot Examiners or FAA officials.
Employment decisions are made by third parties outside the control of Dynasty Aviation.
SECTION 7 – ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Aviation involves inherent operational risk.
By participating in flight training, aircraft rental, or discovery flights, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with flight operations.
Additional waivers and liability releases may be required prior to participation.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site, including:
• Logos
• Aircraft images
• Curriculum descriptions
• Written content
• Videos
• Training materials
• Branding
is the property of Dynasty Aviation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.
SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
The Site may integrate third-party services, including:
• Scheduling platforms
• Payment processors
• Embedded video content
• External informational links
Dynasty Aviation is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Dynasty Aviation’s website is hosted on Shopify. Shopify provides the online infrastructure that allows us to present our Services.
All flight training services, aviation operations, aircraft rental, and related transactions are conducted directly between you and Dynasty Aviation. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of flight training operations or aviation activities.
SECTION 11 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Dynasty Aviation does not guarantee:
• Continuous aircraft availability
• Uninterrupted scheduling access
• Weather conditions suitable for flight
• Completion timelines
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasty Aviation disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
SECTION 12 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasty Aviation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or participation in Services.
Liability related to flight operations is governed by applicable federal aviation law and executed waivers or agreements.
SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dynasty Aviation, its instructors, employees, affiliates, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your negligent or reckless conduct
SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Venue for any dispute shall lie in Broward County, Florida.
SECTION 15 – CHANGES TO TERMS
Dynasty Aviation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
