CHOOSE YOUR ENTRY POINT
Start from zero or step in where your training left off. Both paths end at the same paid instructor position and 1,500 flight hour guarantee.
Hold a Private Pilot Certificate or have logged time? Our Chief Instructor reviews your logbook and training records and issues a written adjusted program cost before you sign anything. An evaluation flight may be required to confirm your entry phase.
Your Fast Track to Captain
Whether you start from zero or step in with a Private Pilot Certificate, this is how the Elite Cadet Program takes you through CFII, into a paid instructor position, and on to 1,500 guaranteed hours.

1,500 Flight Hours. Guaranteed.
Graduates transition directly into a paid flight instructor position at Dynasty Aviation upon successful completion. If after two years you have not reached 1,500 total hours, we provide the remaining required flight time at no cost to you so you remain on track for ATP minimums.

The program is built on realistic completion averages, not regulatory minimums. Built-in flight hour buffers and all FAA checkride fees are included to reduce financial uncertainty during training.
This approach minimizes mid-program funding gaps and allows students to focus on performance rather than variable costs.
• Zero or PPL through CFII training
• All FAA checkrides included
• Structured installment plan
• Refund protection option

The Elite Cadet Program is a fixed investment of $80,000 covering all certificates and ratings from Private Pilot through CFII, beginning with a $10,000 enrollment payment and a signed training contract.
Students fund their account as training progresses, maintaining a positive balance before each lesson, with the remaining $70,000 paid in full by the end of training.

Months 1–3
Start with zero flight experience and earn your FAA Private Pilot Certificate in the Sling 2 and Van's RV-12 iS with Garmin G3X glass cockpits. One-on-one instruction and a minimum of five lessons per week build the airmanship, procedures, and radio discipline required in the high-traffic South Florida corridor from day one.

Months 4-5
With your Private Pilot Certificate complete, this phase focuses on your Instrument Rating under a high-frequency training schedule. Training is conducted in modern glass cockpit aircraft, building the technical precision and IFR proficiency required for commercial-level performance.

Months 6–7
Transition into professional-level flying as you complete your Commercial Pilot Certificate and Multi-Engine Add-On. You will train in the Tecnam P2006T, gaining complex multi-engine systems experience in a structured environment built for efficiency and safety.

Months 8-12
The final certification phase prepares you for leadership in the cockpit. You will complete your Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) under a disciplined training model designed for immediate transition into employment.

1-2 Years
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates are offered a paid flight instructor position at Dynasty Aviation.
If after two years of employment you have not reached 1,500 total hours, Dynasty Aviation provides the remaining required flight time at no cost to ensure ATP eligibility.

Career Launch
After building your required 1,500 hours within the structured two-year instructor pathway, you transition beyond instructing fully ATP eligible. This phase represents your final step into the airlines, backed by multi-engine and IFR experience in high-density South Florida airspace and regional cadet partnerships with PSA and Piedmont.

The Elite Cadet Program follows a structured Part 141 flight training model built for career-focused pilots. With a stage-check driven syllabus, defined hour minimums, and continuous performance evaluations, students progress through Private, Instrument, Commercial, and Multi-Engine ratings under FAA-approved standards designed for airline readiness.
Training in complex South Florida airspace builds advanced IFR judgment, precise ATC communication, and professional cockpit discipline from day one, preparing you for airline hiring standards and long-term career progression.

No prior flight experience is required. The Elite Cadet Program is a zero to CFII airline pilot pathway built for students starting from their first flight and training straight through to Certified Flight Instructor Instrument.
Applicants must:
Students who already hold a Private Pilot Certificate or have previously logged flight time can also enroll. See the transfer question below.
The program takes you from zero hours through every certificate and rating needed to work as a flight instructor and build time toward the airlines:
Training full-time with a minimum of five lessons per week, the certification phase is designed to be completed in approximately 12 months. Timeline depends on student performance, weather, and FAA examiner availability, but the structure is built to minimize delays and maintain consistent progression.
3. How does the guaranteed 1,500-hour pathway work?
Upon successful completion of the certification phase, graduates are offered a paid flight instructor position at Dynasty Aviation.
As a full-time instructor in the high-traffic South Florida corridor, you will build flight time toward the 1,500-hour ATP minimum. If after two years of employment you have not reached 1,500 total flight hours, Dynasty Aviation provides the remaining required flight time at no cost to you.
This removes the financial uncertainty of hour building and gives you a defined path from zero hours to airline eligibility.
The total program investment is $80,000.
Enrollment begins with a $10,000 initial payment and a signed training contract. Students then fund their account as training progresses, maintaining a positive balance before each lesson, with the remaining $70,000 paid in full by the end of the training.

Financing options are discussed during admissions review. View more about how to pay for your flight training here.
If unforeseen circumstances arise, students may transition out of the structured program at any time and continue training on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Any unused funds are refunded according to program terms. This provides flexibility without long-term financial lock-in.
Yes. Students must complete a minimum of five lessons per week, but training operates seven days per week.
This allows you to schedule flights and ground training around work commitments while maintaining consistent progress through the program.
After reaching 1,500 total flight hours and meeting ATP requirements, graduates are eligible to apply for regional airline First Officer positions.
The Elite Cadet structure is designed to ensure you reach ATP eligibility with:
• Multi-engine experience
• IFR proficiency
• Real-world instructional experience
• High-density airspace exposure
This combination strengthens competitiveness for airline interviews.
Yes. Dynasty Aviation accepts previously logged FAA-compliant flight time and training records for students entering the Elite Cadet Program at any stage.
All transferred hours are reviewed by our Chief Instructor to determine how they apply toward Private, Instrument, Commercial, or instructor eligibility. Credit is granted based on logbook accuracy, regulatory requirements under Part 61 or Part 141, and demonstrated proficiency. Students entering with a Private Pilot Certificate skip the primary phase and begin at the Instrument Rating.
Because the program follows a structured progression, some students may be required to complete an evaluation flight or knowledge assessment to confirm readiness before advancing into the next phase.
If you trained at another Part 61 or Part 141 flight school in Florida or elsewhere, we will conduct a formal record review and outline exactly how your previous training applies, including the adjusted program cost, before enrollment.

The first step is submitting your application. Our admissions team will review your qualifications, flight experience, and availability to determine program fit.
Qualified applicants are then invited to tour our facilities at North Perry Airport (KHWO), meet the leadership team, and review timelines, structure, and next steps in person.
