RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Overview

Dynasty Aviation provides flight training, aircraft rental, discovery flights, tours, and related aviation services. We do not sell physical consumer goods. Accordingly, traditional product returns do not apply.

This policy outlines the terms governing refunds, credits, and cancellations for services purchased through www.dynastyaviation.net or directly through Dynasty Aviation.

No Product Returns

Dynasty Aviation does not sell or ship physical merchandise. There are no product returns.

All payments apply to aviation services, training time, deposits, or scheduling reservations.

Flight Training Tuition & Deposits

Refund eligibility for flight training tuition, prepaid block time, or deposits is governed by the signed student training agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement:

• Deposits may be non-refundable
• Administrative fees may apply
• Used flight time, instructor time, and ground instruction are non-refundable
• Special pricing or discounted block time purchases may be non-refundable

All refund determinations are made in accordance with the executed training agreement.

Discovery Flights

Discovery flights are introductory aviation experiences and are scheduled subject to weather, aircraft availability, and instructor scheduling.

Discovery flights:

• Must be redeemed within five (5) years of the original purchase date
• Are transferable upon request
• May be rescheduled due to weather or operational safety decisions

Refunds for discovery flights are issued solely at the discretion of Dynasty Aviation.

Refund requests may be denied if:

• The discovery flight has already been completed
• A no-show occurred
• The request falls outside reasonable circumstances

Rescheduling due to weather does not qualify for a refund.

Aircraft Rental

Aircraft rental charges are non-refundable once flight time has been logged.

Cancellations and no-show fees may apply in accordance with Dynasty Aviation’s rental policies.

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must comply with Dynasty Aviation’s posted scheduling policies.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Forfeiture of lesson time
• Instructor fees
• Aircraft reservation charges

Weather-related cancellations determined by Dynasty Aviation will not incur penalty.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
• Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions
• Administrative fees may be deducted where applicable

Dynasty Aviation reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the terms of this policy or any executed training agreement.
