This is a full-time position only. Dynasty Aviation does not offer part-time instructor roles. Candidates must be willing to commit to a full-time schedule in support of our Part 141 training operations and take responsibility for coordinating student schedules. | Probationary Period: $23/hr Post-Probation: $29/hr and above, based on performance, experience, and instructional responsibilities
- Deliver primary, instrument, and commercial instruction
- Conduct stage checks and endorsement sign-offs
- Maintain accurate student logbook entries
- Participate in curriculum and safety reviews
- All newly hired instructors must complete the Dynasty Aviation Standardization Training Program, ensuring consistency with our FAA Part 141 curriculum, procedures, and safety standards. Involves a maximum of 5 hours of flight training and 5 hours of ground training No out-of-pocket expense is required from the applicant upon successful completion Training costs are placed on the applicant's account and fully waived after one (1) full year of employment
- Hold a valid FAA Flight Instructor Certificate & Certified Flight Instructor – Instrument (CFII) certificate
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Maintain a current FAA Medical Certificate (as required for instructing duties)
- Demonstrate strong professionalism, safety awareness, and instructional ability
- Uphold the highest FAA safety and training standards
- Follow Part 141 training syllabus and procedures
- Maintain professional conduct with students and staff
- Support the school's mission of producing safe, competent, and professional pilots

- Maintain professional conduct with staff
- Support the school’s mission of producing a safe environment
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, occasionally on the weekend
- Demonstrate safety awareness, discipline to follow safety procedures, and troubleshooting ability
