The Elite Cadet Program is a zero to CFII airline pilot pathway for career-focused pilots training at North Perry Airport (KHWO) in Pembroke Pines, Florida. No prior flight experience is required. Students earn every certificate from Private Pilot through Certified Flight Instructor Instrument in 12 months, then build 1,500 hours as a paid Dynasty Aviation instructor.

Prerequisites:

• No prior flight experience required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Able to obtain an FAA first class medical certificate
• 220 lb maximum due to aircraft limitations
• Minimum five lessons per week commitment
