A Guaranteed Flow to American Airlines
Dynasty Aviation is proud to connect our students with the PSA Airlines Cadet Program, one of the most accessible and financially rewarding airline pathways in the country.
You can apply as soon as you earn your private pilot certificate. From there, PSA walks you through every milestone with mentorship, $15,000 in tuition and training assistance, and a guaranteed flow-through agreement to American Airlines.
No degree required. Open to all flight schools nationwide. This is the fastest path from South Florida to the major airline flight deck.
Why the PSA Airlines Cadet Program?
Start With Just Your Private
No commercial, no instrument, no CFI required to apply. If you have your private pilot certificate, you're eligible to interview for the PSA Cadet Program for the earliest airline entry point in the industry.
$15,000 in Training Assistance
Receive $15,000 in tuition and training reimbursement paid out across key milestones plus a separate $15,000 new hire bonus when you join PSA as a First Officer.
Guaranteed Flow to American
PSA's flow-through agreement with American Airlines gives cadets a guaranteed path to the world's largest airline with no interview required. Average flow time is approximately 5–6 years from hire.
ATP-CTP Fully Covered
PSA pays for your ATP-CTP course once you meet ATP minimums, including hotel and transportation. One of aviation's biggest cost milestones, covered.
Mentorship From Day One
Every cadet is paired with a current PSA pilot mentor from the moment they join. Get real-world guidance, inside knowledge, and a head start on building your network before you ever show up to new hire class.
Industry-Leading First-Year Pay
PSA offers some of the highest first-year pay of any regional airline, plus flight benefits and fast captain upgrade timelines, so your early career years actually pay.

PSA Cadet Program FAQs
How early in my training can I apply?
You can apply to the PSA Cadet Program as soon as you have your private pilot certificate. This makes it one of the earliest airline entry points in the industry — Dynasty Aviation students can be in the program while still completing their instrument rating or commercial training.
Do I have to build hours as a CFI?
Instructing is not required, but it is the most common and efficient way to build hours. PSA cadets who accept the tuition reimbursement agree to a monthly hour-building pace and a target date for reaching ATP minimums. You can build time any legal way you choose.
What does PSA cover financially?
Up to $15,000 in tuition and training reimbursement paid across key milestones, a $15,000 new hire bonus paid at IOE completion and your one-year anniversary, and a fully covered ATP-CTP course including hotel and ground transportation. Total program value of $30,000 or more.
Is there a guaranteed interview with PSA?
Yes. Cadets who complete the program milestones are placed directly into a PSA new hire class without a separate interview. The program is designed to move you from cadet to First Officer on a structured, supported timeline.
What is the flow-through to American Airlines?
PSA Airlines is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines Group. A flow-through agreement allows PSA pilots to advance to American Airlines First Officer positions without an interview. The average flow time is approximately 5–6 years from PSA hire date.
