CHOOSE YOUR ENTRY POINT
Two ways into the Elite Cadet Program
Start from zero or step in where your training left off. Both paths end at the same paid instructor position and 1,500 flight hour guarantee.
Hold a Private Pilot Certificate or have logged time? Our Chief Instructor reviews your logbook and training records and issues a written adjusted program cost before you sign anything. An evaluation flight may be required to confirm your entry phase.

1,500 Flight Hours. Guaranteed.
Graduates transition directly into a paid flight instructor position at Dynasty Aviation upon successful completion. If after two years you have not reached 1,500 total hours, we provide the remaining required flight time at no cost to you so you remain on track for ATP minimums.

Transparent Investment Structure
The program is built on realistic completion averages, not regulatory minimums. Built-in flight hour buffers and all FAA checkride fees are included to reduce financial uncertainty during training.
This approach minimizes mid-program funding gaps and allows students to focus on performance rather than variable costs.
• Zero or PPL through CFII training
• All FAA checkrides included
• Structured installment plan
• Refund protection option

South Florida's Best Value

Training in complex South Florida airspace builds advanced IFR judgment, precise ATC communication, and professional cockpit discipline from day one, preparing you for airline hiring standards and long-term career progression.
Elite Cadet Program FAQ
Airline Career Pathway | Fort Lauderdale & Miami Florida
Who is the Elite Cadet Program designed for, and do I need any prior flight experience?
No prior flight experience is required. The Elite Cadet Program is a zero to CFII airline pilot pathway built for students starting from their first flight and training straight through to Certified Flight Instructor Instrument.
Applicants must:
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Meet FAA medical standards (a first class medical is recommended before enrollment, since it is required for the airline career path)
- Weigh 220 pounds or less due to aircraft limitations
- Be prepared to train full-time with a minimum of five lessons per week
Students who already hold a Private Pilot Certificate or have previously logged flight time can also enroll. See the transfer question below.
What certifications are included in the zero to CFII program, and how long does it take?
The program takes you from zero hours through every certificate and rating needed to work as a flight instructor and build time toward the airlines:
- Private Pilot Certificate (PPL)
- Instrument Rating (IR)
- Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL)
- Multi-Engine Add-On (ME)
- Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
- Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII)
Training full-time with a minimum of five lessons per week, the certification phase is designed to be completed in approximately 12 months. Timeline depends on student performance, weather, and FAA examiner availability, but the structure is built to minimize delays and maintain consistent progression.
3. How does the guaranteed 1,500-hour pathway work?
Upon successful completion of the certification phase, graduates are offered a paid flight instructor position at Dynasty Aviation.
As a full-time instructor in the high-traffic South Florida corridor, you will build flight time toward the 1,500-hour ATP minimum. If after two years of employment you have not reached 1,500 total flight hours, Dynasty Aviation provides the remaining required flight time at no cost to you.
This removes the financial uncertainty of hour building and gives you a defined path from zero hours to airline eligibility.
What is the total cost of the zero to CFII program, and how is it structured?
The total program investment is $80,000.
Enrollment begins with a $10,000 initial payment and a signed training contract. Students then fund their account as training progresses, maintaining a positive balance before each lesson, with the remaining $70,000 paid in full by the end of the training.
Are there financing options available for prospective Elite Cadet students?
Yes. Dynasty Aviation partners with aviation-focused lenders to provide financing solutions that may cover:
- Flight training costs
- Aircraft rental
- Instructor fees
- FAA testing expenses
Financing options are discussed during admissions review. View more about how to pay for your flight training here.
What happens if I need to leave the program?
If unforeseen circumstances arise, students may transition out of the structured program at any time and continue training on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Any unused funds are refunded according to program terms. This provides flexibility without long-term financial lock-in.
Can I keep my current job while enrolled?
Yes. Students must complete a minimum of five lessons per week, but training operates seven days per week.
This allows you to schedule flights and ground training around work commitments while maintaining consistent progress through the program.
What happens after I reach 1,500 hours?
After reaching 1,500 total flight hours and meeting ATP requirements, graduates are eligible to apply for regional airline First Officer positions.
The Elite Cadet structure is designed to ensure you reach ATP eligibility with:
• Multi-engine experience
• IFR proficiency
• Real-world instructional experience
• High-density airspace exposure
This combination strengthens competitiveness for airline interviews.
I already have a Private Pilot Certificate or logged flight time. Can I transfer into the Elite Cadet Program?
Yes. Dynasty Aviation accepts previously logged FAA-compliant flight time and training records for students entering the Elite Cadet Program at any stage.
All transferred hours are reviewed by our Chief Instructor to determine how they apply toward Private, Instrument, Commercial, or instructor eligibility. Credit is granted based on logbook accuracy, regulatory requirements under Part 61 or Part 141, and demonstrated proficiency. Students entering with a Private Pilot Certificate skip the primary phase and begin at the Instrument Rating.
Because the program follows a structured progression, some students may be required to complete an evaluation flight or knowledge assessment to confirm readiness before advancing into the next phase.
If you trained at another Part 61 or Part 141 flight school in Florida or elsewhere, we will conduct a formal record review and outline exactly how your previous training applies, including the adjusted program cost, before enrollment.
