We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards and are looking for individuals who are passionate about aviation, safety, and career success. | Probationary Period: $16/hr | Post-Probation: $18/hr and above, based on yearly proficiency test, experience, and responsibilities
- Uphold the highest aviation safety standards
- Follow company maintenance procedures
- Maintain professional conduct with staff
- Support the school’s mission of producing a safe environment
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States
- Be able to work full-time, Monday through Friday, occasionally on the weekend
- Demonstrate safety awareness, discipline to follow safety procedures, and troubleshooting ability
